The agency is owned and run by Brandon Beam, who has spent more than ten years in Connecticut insurance and opened The Beam Agency in late 2024 to do the work the way he thinks it should be done: read the policy, explain it in plain English, and be reachable when something goes wrong.

When he is not at the office he is hiking, swimming or coaching youth baseball in the Farmington Valley. He is the person you will deal with here, from the first quote to the first claim.
